About
The magic of theater first captivated me during my childhood when I witnessed a street performance in one of Tehran's parks as a 10- or 11-year-old. Playing in the park, I overheard two men shouting at each other. As I approached, I realized they were in a heated argument, yet the onlookers seemed to find it amusing. It reminded me of something I had seen at school, but this time it was happening on the street without any costumes or makeup. Excited by the experience, I reenacted the scene for a friend who lived in the same building as me. He joined in, and we spent the night rehearsing and improvising. The next day, we performed for a larger audience of kids from the neighborhood, using the staircase as our stage. This was my first vivid memory of taking part in a performance.
Milestones of My Journey
- 2013: Active involvement in the Zanjan University Theatre community and the founding of the Persona Theatre community, emphasizing avant-garde performances.
- 2019: Participation in renowned theater festivals and initiation of international projects.
- 2020: Graduated from Leev Theatre School.
- 2021: Founding CyberShakespeare collective.
- 2025: Founding the Hive theater company
- 2026: Received FRQ scholarship for 3 years and ranked 1st in performance committee
